JUWI Group in Italy is seeking an O&M Sales Manager to drive growth of our utility-scale solar PV O&M portfolio, based in Milan or Verona. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with asset owners and investors, and present technical and commercial proposals to win contracts.

Reporting to the Country Technical Manager, you will lead negotiations and collaborate with the technical team to deliver high-quality service solutions, ensuring portfolio expansion while aligning with company

Competenze

At least 3 years’ experience managing sales of O&M or EPC services for PV plants.
At least 3 years’ experience in managing O&M of PV plants or other powerplants.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Availability to travel within Italy.

Mansioni

Identify and secure new O&M contracts for utility-scale solar plants.
Build relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investors.
Prepare technical and commercial O&M proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs.
Lead negotiations and close O&M service agreements.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Represent JUWI Group at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
