Competenze

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of photovoltaic plants.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze photovoltaic systems for performance.
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate O&M team and manage client relationships.
