Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Leader at our Tring Superstore. You will lead a store team during nights, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. The role involves working across departments, communicating clearly, and stepping in for the Manager when required.

Base pay starts at £15.59 per hour, with a £2.35 night premium for hours between midnight and 6am. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some locations offering 12-hour roles as well.

Qualificações

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong service ethos with ability to lead by example.
• Clear communicator with the ability to motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Cover across all store areas and answer day-to-day operational queries.
