Six Senses Rome is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to uphold luxury dining standards and lead the restaurant team. The role emphasizes staff training, guest relations, and flawless service aligned with Six Senses guidelines.

The candidate should bring 2–4 years of restaurant experience in a full-service setting, fluency in Italian and English, and an hospitality-focused credential. This on-site position contributes to overall guest satisfaction and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift.
• Ensure F&B area is checked prior opening to guests and maintained at high standards.
• Handle guest feedbacks, inquiries, and comments.
• Assist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to F&B Host.
• Supervise the F&B Host's team.
• Work with an empathetic attitude.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service per standards.
• Maintain mise-en-place and knowledge of menus and opening hours.
• Be knowledgeable about outlet opening hours and upsell when appropriate.
• Ensure department equipment is clean and in good condition.
