Sonnwies Dolomites in Laion, Italy, is seeking an experienced Night Porter (m/f/d) to ensure smooth overnight operations and guest safety. You will welcome guests, manage the night phone line, assist with late room service, and handle emails and messages with care.

The role requires hospitality experience, fluency in German, Italian and English, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Working nights, you will contribute to a seamless daily handover and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry.
• Fluent in German, Italian and English.
• ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge advantageous.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office package).
• Enthusiasm for the job and good communication skills.
• High guest orientation, reliability and flexibility.
• Well-groomed and confident appearance.
• Night work experience and ability to solve problems independently.

Mansioni

• Warmly welcome guests during late service.
• Manage the night telephone service and be on call for guest concerns.
• Provide room service for guests on request.
• Handle emails and guest messages.
• Manage guest complaints and resolutions.
• Maintain guest files in ASA-J.
• Prepare and update administrative tasks.
