Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with Bellperson, Housekeeping or appropriate departments.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Sell rooms without reservations based on availability and ensure rates match market codes.
• Ensure outlet charges are scanned to the guest room where applicable.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests and address service needs with clear, professional communication.
