Mandarin Oriental, Milan, part of the Mandarin Oriental Group, is seeking a Night Chef de Rang for Room Service. Based in Milan, you will deliver exceptional in-room dining with high standards of service and collaborate with Night Manager and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

You should have 2–3 years of relevant luxury-hospitality experience, be fluent in Italian and English, and be available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role within luxury hotels, fine dining or high-end hospitality environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Professional in-room serving of food and drinks.
• Provide professional advice and customer care for guests.
• Deliver in-room dining orders timely and accurately.
• Check order accuracy before delivering and ensure completeness.
• Prepare VIP amenities and mise en place; keep Room Service area clean.
• Operate cash register and ensure correct cash accounting; final bill reconciliation.
