Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing national accounts in the DIY/home improvement channel.
• Knowledge of DIY, construction chemicals and technical building materials sectors.
• Ability to define and execute sales strategies and joint business plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for national customers in DIY/Home Improvement.
• Identify opportunities and manage budgets for commercial development of key accounts.
• Develop and implement joint business plans translating customer strategies into a shared roadmap.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and promotions with key customers.
• Analyze performance data, KPIs, and profitability for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Engineering teams on channel-specific projects.
• Contribute to the DIY strategy for Italy with growth opportunities and new customer acquisition.
• Support field sales with guidance and coordination.
