Elanco, a global animal health leader, seeks a Pet Shop Chains Strategic Account Manager in Northern Italy. You will drive profitable growth, own omnichannel channel plans, and orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain to outperform targets.

Required are 5+ years in Key Account Management in Retail/FMCG, strong P&L and ROI literacy, and fluency in Italian and English. This field-based role offers a competitive base salary and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in Key Account Management in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Health with omnichannel and JBP experience.
• Strong P&L, pricing and ROI literacy with CRM/BI tool familiarity.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets within an omnichannel framework.
• Define and execute channel strategies for Pet Shop Chains as omnichannel partners.
• Drive Joint Business Planning cycles and align internal stakeholders.
• Advance customer relations with data-driven weekly engagements and ROI-focused activities.
• Build dashboards combining internal and external data to monitor key metrics.
