Regeneron in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will lead full life cycle recruiting for assigned business groups, craft effective recruitment approaches, and drive process improvements across global markets.

The role requires 7+ years of recruiting experience, fluency in English and Italian, and a strong track record of engaging passive talent through multiple channels. Onsite role with a comprehensive total rewards package.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 7+ years of recruiting experience.
Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
Proven ability to source and engage passive talent across digital platforms and networks.
Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills.

Identify and attract top talent across international markets using data-driven decisions.
Advise leaders on diverse talent strategies for assigned corporate roles.
Source, approach, and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
Partner with third-party search firms to ensure timely, quality hires.
Collaborate with talent brand to craft market-appropriate recruitment strategies.
Deliver hiring data and analytics to support TA decisions.
Work with HRBPs and COEs to translate workforce planning into action.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain candidate experiences.
Stay current on regulations; liaise with Company Counsel as needed.
