Arup in Milan is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to partner with European leaders, shaping talent strategies and end-to-end hiring across the region. You will map talent, lead projects, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and fluent English, with a focus on continuous process improvement and impactful recruitment metrics.

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
