Regeneron is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Milan, Italy. You will lead full life cycle recruiting for assigned business groups, crafting effective recruitment approaches and process improvements in a fast-growing, science-driven organization.

You will identify and attract top talent globally, partner with HRBPs and COEs, and provide hiring data to support smarter TA decisions. The role requires 7+ years in recruiting and fluency in English with Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, plus 7+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Fluency in English, plus proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Track record of directly sourcing and engaging passive talent across digital platforms and events.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Act as strategic advisor to leaders with diverse talent strategies for corporate roles.
