MSX is seeking a motivated Technical Diagnostic Support Agent to join our automotive team in Rome, Latium, Italy. You will provide first-line technical support for motorcycles and vehicle technology, helping dealers resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, fluent Italian and strong English skills, and a passion for motorcycles. Training and career growth opportunities are offered within an international, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for motorcycles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Fluent Italian and good English (B2) or above.

• Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities
