Job summary

• Pursue cross-sell opportunities to optimize account revenue and profitability.
• Manage key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop quarterly territory plans to increase market share.
• DemonstrateZendesk products and align with client objectives to secure expansion.
• Lead complex, multi-month sales cycles with value-centric approaches.
