SumUp in Milan is seeking an Office Operations Intern to help keep day-to-day activities running smoothly and support onboarding and vendor coordination. You will assist field teams across Italy and foster a welcoming, efficient office environment.

The role involves health and safety support, facilities coordination, and collaboration with the People team. This is a full-time, six-month internship at our Milan location, offering hands-on growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in office administration, hospitality, or front desk work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in improving processes.

Mansioni

• Keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly, from supplies to vendor coordination.
• Support new joiners through onboarding and offboarding alongside the People team.
• Help field sales colleagues across Italy stay stocked with the kit they need.
• Champion health and safety standards, including fire training and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with facility vendors, landlords, and cleaning providers.
• Be the friendly, go‑to presence for Milan SumUppers with everyday questions.
