Hitachi Energy Milano is seeking an HR Operations intern to support employee administration and lifecycle tasks within a collaborative team.

You will assist with onboarding interns and employees, time and attendance, HR requests, and other administrative duties, while learning core HR processes and systems such as Excel and Workday.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in HR, economics or humanities.
• Fluent in English and Italian (B2/C1).
• MS Office, especially Excel; Workday is a plus.

• Process HR requests related to Employee Life-Cycle.
• Assist onboarding of interns and employees.
• Support time and attendance management.
