SumUp is seeking a Working Student to join the Italy People Operations team in Milan. You will support day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring accurate data in HR systems and payroll processes.

Ideal candidates are currently studying HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields and are fluent in Italian and English. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are required for success in a fast-paced,

Competenze

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support the preparation, updating, and archiving of employment contracts and employee documentation
• Assist with onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes
• Help manage employee benefits administration, including meal vouchers and related records
• Collect and validate payroll-related input data to support monthly payroll processing
• Respond to employee queries through internal systems and email in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and Excel trackers
• Perform data checks and support simple reporting and administrative tasks
• Contribute to improving operational processes and documentation workflows
