Siemens in Milan is offering a structured entry-level role as Junior Execution & eBusiness Specialist in the Electrification and Automation area. You will support execution activities, identify repetitive tasks for digitalization, and help adopt digital tools to improve speed, transparency, and reliability of operations.
From day one, you will be guided by a dedicated tutor, work on real projects, and gain increasing autonomy while contributing to the orders workflow and AI-assisted process
Competenze
- Under 30 years old as per Italian apprenticeship framework.
- Degree in management, economics, business, or similar field.
- Interest in project coordination, customer communication, and operational excellence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tooling.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
Mansioni
- Support end-to-end execution of customer orders from entry to delivery and communication.
- Monitor schedules, docs, and issues; escalate risks.
- Coordinate with sales, factories, logistics, procurement, finance, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain execution records and provide status updates.
- Contribute to AI and digitalization efforts to improve transparency and efficiency.
- Learn to navigate an international, customer-oriented environment.
