Kong is seeking a hands-on IT Operations professional for its Milan office to own day-to-day IT support, device lifecycle, and secure network operations. You’ll manage Okta, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom, handle MDM, and troubleshoot across Mac, Windows and mobile.

This role is the sole Milan-based IT presence, reporting to the IT Director and collaborating with a global team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, strong English, and a practical mindset for incident response,

Competenze

• 3+ years in IT support/operations.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• MDM experience (Intune or Jamf).
• Networking and DNS/firewall administration experience.
• ITSM ticketing experience.
• Fluent professional English.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day IT support for the Milan office.
• Manage device lifecycle: order, ship, enroll, retire.
• Set up Zoom room/AV and troubleshoot across Mac, Windows, mobile.
• Administer core tools: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• Manage endpoints via MDM and monitor endpoint security.
• Address network basics: firewall, Wi-Fi, DNS.
• Handle ITSM tickets with SLA targets.
