Satispay is seeking a Head of Product Marketing - Merchant in Italy to own the merchant product marketing strategy and drive acquisition, activation, and loyalty. You will lead a lean team, shape go-to-market for new merchant offerings, and align cross-functional stakeholders to maximize merchant impact.

You will navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment, applying a commercial and data-driven mindset to guide decisions and strategy while communicating clearly with executives.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in B2B/merchant marketing.
• Hands-on ability to build and coach a small high-impact team.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the Merchant product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Lead launches for new merchant products and features with narrative and enablement.
• Hire, coach, and grow a lean product marketing team and own execution.
• Set KPIs for merchant acquisition and engagement; prioritize investments using data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, BD, CRM, and Creative to align merchant strategies.
