Satispay is seeking a Head of Product Marketing - Merchant to own the product marketing strategy for the Merchant business and drive acquisition, activation, and loyalty at scale. This executive role requires shaping go-to-market narratives, coordinating launches, and leading a lean, high-impact team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will partner with Product, Sales, CRM, and Creative teams to embed merchant insights into all plans, build segmentation, and set KPIs to measure success.

Competenze

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including leading product marketing or B2B teams.
• Hands-on experience in payments/fintech or two-sided marketplaces.
• Ability to build and lead a small, high-impact team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset guiding decisions.
• Strategic decision-making under resource constraints.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Cross-functional influence with Sales, Product, and BD.
• Languages: Italian and English fluency.

• Own Merchant Product Marketing Strategy and go-to-market for all Merchant products.
• Lead launches for new merchant offerings, shaping messaging and launch plans.
• Build and mentor a lean, high-impact marketing team; stay hands-on when needed.
