AW LAB, part of the Bata Group, seeks a MERCHANDISER INTERN to join the Europe Merchandising Team in Limena. You will support inventory planning, product allocation, and call-off processes to optimize turnover and stock rotation across markets.

The role offers hands-on experience with seasonal stock management, collaboration with Planning and Area Managers, and exposure to end-of-season preparations. Fluent in English and Italian, with a strong Excel skill set, you will grow in a dynamic retail

Competenze

• University in progress or degree in economics, statistics or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Attention to detail and precise execution in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Support product flow review and maximize suitable store assortments.
• Assist in quantitative merchandise distribution based on store performance.
• Collaborate with Planning to set up markdown campaigns and promotions.
• Work with Area Managers to analyze store performance and plan market visits.
• Support reverse logistics steps for returns and end-of-season stock.
• Coordinate with Buying and Marketing to plan marketing campaigns.
