BATA GROUP, via AW LAB in Italy, is seeking a Procurement & Loss Prevention Intern to support stock control and loss prevention activities. You will gain hands-on experience in inventory management and ERP-driven processes within a dynamic retail context.

The role offers hybrid work after an initial on-site training and involves supporting inventories, data updates, and process improvements to optimise store operations.

• Support stock monitoring and goods movements using ERP systems.
• Assist inventories for company-owned and franchise stores.
• Help open/close inventories and participate in store inventories.
• Support loss prevention activities by verifying processes to prevent fraud.
• Assist in mapping and standardising internal procedures for efficiency.
