Bata Italy is seeking a Procurement & Loss Prevention Intern to join the Procurement & Loss Prevention Department. You will support inventory management, stock tracking through ERP systems, data updates, and process improvement initiatives. The role offers on-site training with potential smart working days.

The ideal candidate is a university student or graduate in economics or statistics, proficient with Excel, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• University in progress or Degree – preferably in Economics or Statistics.
• Proficient in using computer.
• Strong Excel skills for data processing and file management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable in using software tools and operational devices (e.g., handheld scanners, online portals).
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Smart and resourceful approach.

Mansioni

• Support stock monitoring and goods movements using ERP systems.
• Assist in conducting inventories at direct or franchise stores.
• Assist in opening/closing inventories via platforms and participate in store inventories.
• Support loss prevention activities by performing verification to prevent/detect fraud.
• Assist process mapping and optimisation by revising internal procedures for efficiency.
