Bata Group, a global footwear company, is offering a Global Merchandiser Intern position based in Italy. The role supports the merchandising team with data analysis, Line Plan management and seasonal planning across regions.

The intern will work on data preparation, showroom support and in-season planning tasks, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide and gaining exposure to merchandising targets and stock management.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in university, preferably in economics or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Interest in fashion and product trends and ability to translate insights into actions.

Mansioni

• Assist in Line Plan data collection, analysis and accuracy across global stakeholders.
• Support preparation and organization of Line Review meetings and showroom showings.
• Aid Seasonal Planning tasks and data sets for hindsight, assortment and category planning.
