BoF Careers in Milan is seeking an engaged and passionate Retail Merchandising Intern to join the Retail Merchandising team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy for a 6-month full-time internship starting from September.

You will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, support HQ and regional teams during campaigns, and prepare materials for HQ meetings; the role offers an €800 monthly internship allowance and meal vouchers.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business.
Interest in Merchandising or Buying departments.
Strong analytical skills: Excel proficiency.
Passion for luxury products.
Team player.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English.
Previous experience in Retail Merchandising is a plus.

Mansioni

Elaboration of qualitative analysis on a daily/weekly/Monthly base and sharing the result with Collection and Retail merchandising teams.
Supporting HQ and Regional teams during the sales campaign period.
Carry out quantitative analysis to define MO ensuring a balanced global product mix.
Collaboration with the product, marketing and VM teams to ensure strategic alignment between assortment, communication and product availability.
Preparation of supporting materials and presentations for different meetings at HQ level.
