Job summary

Novonesis is seeking an Account Manager Meat & Prepared Food to grow and manage key Italian accounts. You will nurture relationships, drive opportunities and coordinate with regional teams to deliver value.

The role requires fluency in Italian, with English reading/writing, and readiness for 40–50% travel. A science background and technical sales experience are essential in this hybrid/remote setup in Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in food technology, biotechnology, microbiology or science-related field.
• Professional experience in technical sales managing customer relationships and commercial projects.
• Direct experience in R&D, production, quality or knowledge of meat and food industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts and distributors on the Italian market.
• Drive sales growth and expand existing customer relationships.
• Support distributors with visits, trials, trainings and coordinated activities.
• Lead commercial discussions on value, pricing and agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the regional pipeline.
