Aero Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Material Specialist Intern to support direct material management for the Avenza Service Shop in Italy.

You will report to the Material Procurement Leader within the Material and Planning Avenza Shop organization for a 6-month term, with potential extension for another 6 months. Responsibilities include handling direct material requests and POs, managing quotations and vendor follow-ups, maintaining supplier relationships for PO execution and ERP updates, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Fluency in English, in writing and speaking.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Procurement and Sourcing interest.
• Negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Be flexible in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage direct material requests and processing of purchase orders.
• Manage quotations (technical & commercial approval) and follow up with vendor on PO status.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for PO execution, scheduling changes and ERP updates.
• Support the team in standardizing procurement processes.
