Zusammenfassung

Avvale is seeking a motivated Procurement Operations Intern to join our P-Orders Team in a hybrid setup in Italy. You will support purchasing processes, manage POs and PRs, and assist with supplier data within a structured international environment.

You will work on SAP Fiori, collaborate with Procurement, Project Management and Administration, and develop analytical and organizational skills during the 6‑month internship with a gross monthly allowance of €800 plus meal vouchers.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Economics, Law, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Hybrid internship with on-site 1–2 days per week.

Aufgaben

• Support management of purchase orders (POs).
• Monitor purchase requisitions (PRs) and track progress.
• Assist with supplier master data management.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Project Management and Administration.
• Gain familiarity with SAP Fiori and other company tools.
• Develop organizational and administrative skills in a dynamic international environment.
