Job summary

XM seeks a dynamic Marketing Lead to steer and coordinate our Italian market activities within a fast-growing, international environment. You will shape country-specific strategies and drive brand-aligned campaigns.

You will manage social media content, lead generation initiatives, and collaborate with agencies, events teams, and stakeholders. The role requires a degree in marketing and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Native Italian speaker with excellent English.
• Sprinklr knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong marketing analytics and metrics skills.
• Project management and strong communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Dynamic and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies for Italy.
• Manage and publish country-specific social media content aligning with brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation plans for Italy.
• Coordinate with agencies, partners, and vendors for campaigns and events.
• Support marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Launch campaigns and evaluate success using KPIs.
• Assist market research during regional expansion respecting local ethics and culture.
• Coordinate the marketing team and delegate projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and business development for consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Country Business Development Manager.

Job description

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies.
• Manages and executes engaging country-specific social media content, ensuring alignment with the Company's brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across the Italian market.
• Coordinates with agencies, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
• Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country's ethics, culture, customs, etc.
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Country Business Development Manager.

Main requirements:

• Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Native Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) is considered an advantage
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and ability to multitask
• Dynamic and target oriented
