Coster Group is seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Specialist to join the Group Marketing team in Milan. You will transform commercial, digital and market information into clear insights to support better business decisions and establish reliable data foundations.

You will develop recurring and customised reports, create stakeholder-specific dashboards, and progressively automate reporting while monitoring markets, competitors and opportunities.

We are looking for a Marketing Data & Insights Specialist to join our Group Marketing team and help transform commercial, digital and market information into clear insights that support better business decisions.

The successful candidate, who will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, will help establish reliable data foundations, improve reporting processes, develop dashboards and monitor markets, competitors and commercial opportunities.

The role will work with information from CRM, websites and digital channels, LinkedIn, SharePoint, customer enquiries, events and trade shows. It will also cover market and competitor intelligence, innovation monitoring.

A key part of the position will be translating complex information into clear, actionable insights for different stakeholders. The Marketing Data & Insights Specialist will develop recurring and customised reports, create stakeholder-specific dashboards, define shared KPIs and progressively automate manual reporting activities.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
• Experience with Power BI and data visualisation
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Experience with CRM systems, with SAP C4C considered an advantage
• Strong data interpretation and business reporting capabilities
• Critical AI literacy and the ability to fact-check and validate AI-generated outputs
• English at B2 level or above, with C1 preferred

You should be naturally curious, rigorous and comfortable working with information from multiple, sometimes incomplete, sources. You know how to challenge assumptions, identify data-quality issues and move from detailed analysis to concise, evidence-based recommendations. xykwogc

• Annual gross salary between €45.000 and €50.000, based on experience
