Stellantis in Rome, Italy, is seeking a Project Manager & Power BI Reporting Specialist who can combine strong project management with a sharp data mindset to deliver impactful dashboards and reporting solutions that drive data‑driven decisions.

You will manage end‑to‑end projects, translate business needs into analytics requirements, design and maintain Power BI data models, and collaborate with business, digital and data teams to improve the customer experience.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Data & Analytics roles.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modeling, DAX).
• Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data environments (e.g. Snowflake is a plus).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Clear and structured communication.
• Proactive and curious approach to data and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Additional languages are a plus.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Within Customer Services, the Service Excellence & Customer Advocacy department is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the quality of Aftersales activities, while also contributing to the future evolution of the Sales environment. New resources will be integrated primarily into the Service Quality area, within a dynamic and transversal organization strongly focused on quality improvement and operational excellence. The department enhances service quality by improving the processes implemented by dealers and repairers, supporting standardization, simplification, and effectiveness of daily operations. A key role is also played by the continuous development and enhancement of portals, websites, and ICT tools used by dealers and repairers in their day‑to‑day activities, with the objective of increasing efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager & Power BI Reporting Specialist who can combine strong project management capabilities with a solid data and analytics mindset. OFFER

Salary range : from 38.000€ to 46.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. Collective Agreement : In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
