Hyundai Motor Company in Turbigo is looking for a Marketing Data Intern to support marketing performance analysis by evaluating campaign ROI and customer behavior.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies. A Bachelor or higher in a relevant field and fluency in Italian and English are required. The role offers a highly international working environment and daily restaurant tickets.

Marketing Data Intern, you will support marketing performance analysis by evaluating campaign ROI, customer behavior, and A/B test results, while developing dashboards and actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM, SEO/SEA strategies, and drive data-informed decision making.

We want you to:

• Support the analysis of marketing campaigns ROI, identifying key drivers of performance and suggesting improvements.
• Perform CRM segmentation to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing actions.
• Contribute to the monitoring of A/B tests, analyzing results and providing actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) to track KPIs and campaign performance.
• Contribute to SEO and SEA performance analysis, optimizing keyword strategies, bids, and budget allocation.
• Assess the impact of Google AI campaign formats (e.g. Performance Max, Demand Gen) and provide recommendations to balance efficiency with brand goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to optimize marketing strategies.
• Monitor CRM KPIs: DEM performance, consent acceptance, loyalty rate, repurchase rate,…
• Provide insights on brand and product perception, comparing performance with competitors and highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with brand & communication, business strategy and sales teams, and when needed, with external research agencies, to ensure data-driven decision making.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, innovative methodologies, and analytics tools to support continuous improvement.

What about you:

• Bachelor or MSc or PhD level degree in a discipline such as computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics or engineering
• Programming (focus on machine learning): Python (preferred), R
• 1 year of work experience in a similar role is preferred
• Demonstrated attitude for analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Fluency in both Italian and English
