Coster Group is seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Specialist to join the Group Marketing team in Milan. You will transform commercial, digital and market information into clear insights to support better business decisions and establish reliable data foundations.

You will develop recurring and customised reports, create stakeholder-specific dashboards, and progressively automate reporting while monitoring markets, competitors and opportunities.

Competenze

• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM and data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of AI literacy and validating AI outputs.
