Marionnaud in Milan is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the critical connection between commercial ambition and operational excellence. You will drive demand planning, stock optimization and service level performance, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital.

You will sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce, leading a team and shaping how we operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning with team management.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain process expertise.
• Advanced analytical capability and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent English and excellent stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Lead demand planning process with accurate forecasts and decisions.
• Own inventory strategy and stock optimization balancing availability and cost.
• Manage and develop a team focusing on performance and growth.
• Monitor and improve store service levels and product availability.
• Translate demand plans into purchasing and replenishment strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for warehouse and transport efficiency.
• Support launches, peak periods, and new store openings.
• Deliver insights and KPI reporting (forecast accuracy, stock coverage, turnover, OSA).
