STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to join our Supply Chain Organization in Agrate area. You will balance demand, supply and inventory, and drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Manufacturing and Product Groups.

You will develop end-to-end supply chain models, analyze data, and design scenarios to support strategic capacity decisions. The role requires collaboration with senior leaders, excellent Excel and Power BI skills, and fluent

Competenze

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Engineering.
2+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP or Capacity Planning.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Balance demand, supply and inventory to support company objectives.
Build and maintain a shared S&OP plan as baseline for execution.
Design and model end-to-end supply chains.
Analyze demand and supply across the value chain to identify constraints and risks.
