Job summary

Bacardi in Milano is seeking a Market Supply Chain Manager to bridge the BU and regional SC teams, translating commercial ambitions into actionable plans that improve service, inventory, cash and cost.

You will co-own performance with the CoE, lead S&OP across demand, supply and finance, and build high-performing teams while influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

The role offers a starting base salary of 65K gross annually, plus incentives and local benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Supply Chain with leadership of multiple areas (Demand, Supply, Customer Service, or S&OP).
• Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into a clear, executable supply chain plan.
• Drive KPIs: service, inventory, cash and cost; manage trade-offs.
• Co-own execution with regional CoE; ensure realistic, value-focused plans.
• Lead S&OP and orchestrate cross-functional view across demand, supply, finance.
• Build trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, customers and partners.
• Embed SC into budget planning and annual customer planning.
