Trip.com in Rome is seeking a proactive final-year student for the Market Executive (Business Development Support) internship. You will provide administrative support to the hotel partners and the hotel supply network, helping with training, activation, and back-end management of the extranet.

The role offers hands-on experience in e-commerce travel partnerships, with responsibilities across relationship maintenance, content delivery, reporting, and promotional merchandising, while developing

• Experience in e-commerce, marketing support, hotel reservation/coordination or revenue/yield management is a plus.
• Energy, proactivity and enthusiasm with a real desire to grow and learn.

Mansioni

• Support the team with maintenance of relationships with local hotel partners and coordinate with other departments.
• Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site.
• Assist in activation of hotels in consultation with Market Managers to manage supplier accounts.
• Manage whole back end of hotels’ extranet.
• Help hotels to solve issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.
• Participate in market and competition research.
• Ensure competitiveness of hotels within portfolio.
• Prepare business review reports as necessary.
• Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels.
• Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
