Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 1–4 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of plastic and metal material processes.
• Proficient with lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excel advanced and data-driven decision making.
