EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and review the procedures and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. You will explore automation techniques, test new systems for efficiency, and plan factory layouts to optimize production.

You will apply science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, support the ME team on projects, and build relationships across regions through benchmarking.

Competenze

• Experience designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of automation techniques.
• Ability to plan factory layouts to optimize production.
• Using KPIs (OEE, cycle time) to drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with government laws and regulations.
• Analyze production processes and provide management with reports containing data and statistics.
• Review labor, material costs and schedules to assist management in decision making.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
