EssilorLuxottica in Lauriano (Piemonte) seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Frames plant. You will define and promote projects for continuous improvement of methods and technologies, with focus on capability, OEE, quality, and service level.

You will collaborate with the Automation and Quality teams, apply lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes, support new equipment, and standardize activities across shifts and sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing and/or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of plastics and metal materials processes.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to improve technologies, processes, and equipment reliability to deliver service and quality results.
• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Propose upgrades to systems and processes with new technology or materials.
• Provide technical support for day-to-day manufacturing and translate knowledge to training requirements.
• Leverage lean tools and Six Sigma to improve machine performance.
• Support standardization of processes across shifts, plants, regions, and international benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Quality to develop quality control plans.
