ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in Mantova is seeking an Operations Start-up Leader for a permanent, full-time role in a manufacturing environment. You will drive vertical start-up, coordinate permits with the project team, and ensure a successful start-up with sustained performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production leadership, an engineering degree, and fluent English (Italian is a plus). The compensation targets a gross annual base of €63,500.00.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Production leadership (Production manager or line supervisor).
• Fluency in English is required; Italian knowledge would be a plus.
• University Degree in Engineering.

Mansioni

• Coordinate product/process permits & licenses with project manager, quality manager and regulatory team.
• Coordinate/manage the starting and training process.
• Coordinate the Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up phase.
• Develop and manage master startup plan for commissioning, qualification and verification phase.
