Competenze
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline related to logistics, automation or industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of automation systems, digital logistics operations and lean practices.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
Mansioni
- Design, plan, implement, test and handover major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site.
- Provide expert technical assistance during automation and warehouse system deployment.
- Apply Lean engineering to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
- Oversee project budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of capital projects.
- Coach staff and promote a safe, inclusive cross-functional team environment.
