Amazon Italia Logistics seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering team and sustain safety and compliance, driving equipment availability for the General Manager. Collaboration with EU Engineering and participation in network-wide improvements are essential.

The role requires a technical degree, experience managing teams and in program management, strong English and Italian communication, and familiarity with PLC-based systems and automated packaging

Competenze

• Experience managing teams or in an operational role.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• Multi skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• CEFR English and local language level B2 or higher.
• Experience with automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyors.

Mansioni

• Lead the team, own annual reporting, mentor direct reports and develop technicians.
• Collaborate with Site Safety and Site Leadership to implement safety and compliance programs.
• Coordinate with Recruitment to fill headcount with qualified staff, support apprentices/graduates.
• Implement EU-approved standards and drive continuous improvement for safety and equipment availability.
