ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking an Electricity & Automation Manager for a permanent, full-time role in Mantova, Italy. You will provide MES, electricity and automation expertise to support manufacturing operations and CAPEX projects, aligning with corporate guidelines and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in automation/MES with electrical experience, strong project coordination skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience.
• Participation in multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Mansioni

• Participates in Capital Investments projects ensuring technical solutions meet standards and quality, on time and in budget.
• Prepare user and technical specifications, coordinate requirements and follow up solution development.
• Train operators and maintenance crews; ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Improve factory performance through understanding process and product characteristics and driving continuous improvement.
