Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Systems professional to join our Sedico eyewear plant and support monitoring and governance of key initiatives impacting budget attainment. You will merge project management, financial analysis and manufacturing performance tracking to turn data into actionable business insights.

You will help develop scorecards, automate reporting, and identify efficiency gaps and losses while collaborating with plant leadership and central teams to drive

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing, controlling, PM or similar.
• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Good budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis and manufacturing economics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, labor efficiency, scrap and losses.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; data visualization is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or MES; project mindset advantageous.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio of projects supporting Sedico plant budget.
• Consolidate project data; reporting, dashboards and performance updates.
• Support KPI definition and data quality.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting budget and performance.
• Develop operator scorecards and automated loss analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Finance and Operations to translate data into outcomes.
