Vertiv in Piove di Sacco is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize production, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with Lean principles and company standards.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Production and Supply Chain, drive NPDI/ECO, update work instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement; the role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing and solid English.

Competenze

• Secondary technical school or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM).
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good English knowledge.

Mansioni

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes in accordance with drawings and standards.
• Analyze production flows and propose improvements related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Participate in industrialization of new products and engineering changes (NPDI / ECO / ECN).
• Define and update manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, layouts, routings).
• Support production during daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Cooperate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EHS.
• Support line balancing, capacity analysis, and layout optimization.
• Ensure compliance with LEAN and 5S (VOS) and safety regulations.
