Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy, offering hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and lean practices. You will work on projects, receive coaching, and interact with global leaders while developing skills in data analysis, quality control, and process improvement.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in an Engineering degree (Industrial; Chemical; Mechanical; Petroleum; Supply Chain)
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, monitoring equipment and processes
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
• Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes and equipment performance
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost productivity
• Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to deliver outcomes
• Familiarize with internal software tools used for project tasks
• Support internal projects to improve customer outcomes
