Baker Hughes in Calabria, Italy, offers an Internship Program for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in energy-sector manufacturing and AI-enabled tooling within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will analyze processes, support shop-floor validation, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, and Quality teams to deliver real customer outcomes. Fluency in English and a 3.0+ GPA are required; you must be eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship.

Competenze

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
GPA 3.0 or higher (or the country’s equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work both in office and on the shop floor.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Must be able to work legally in Italy without sponsorship.
