Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, quality, and process optimization while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Competenze

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Supply Chain).
GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) or equivalent in your country.
Fluent in English written and spoken; strong communication skills.
Must be able to work legally in the country of application without sponsorship.

Mansioni

Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, monitor equipment and processes to meet production goals.
Participate in quality control and QA processes, inspect products for defects and ensure standards are met.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
Collect/analyze data related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost productivity.
Prepare reports, work instructions and process documentation for consistency.
Contribute to internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and drive improvements.
Learn internal software to assist with project tasks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
