Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Supply Chain).
• GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) or equivalent in your country.
• Fluent in English written and spoken; strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work legally in the country of application without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, monitor equipment and processes to meet production goals.
• Participate in quality control and QA processes, inspect products for defects and ensure standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Collect/analyze data related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Prepare reports, work instructions and process documentation for consistency.
• Contribute to internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and drive improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with project tasks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
